It's interesting that you say this problem started to show itself after you changed the intake gasket. It may be that you had an internal vacuum leak with your old gaskets that helped reduce your crankcase pressure and now that you have replaced the gaskets, you are back to relying only on the PCV system.
So following up on Bruce's question, what do you have for a PCV system? I have seen where aftermarket PCV valves/vent caps do not allow sufficient crankcase ventilation.
If you can isolate a specific leak, you may be able to test to see if the PCV valve and vent cap are the issue. The leak will probably be close to non existent when idling or even revving up the engine with no load. But go out and drive it and give it a few wide open throttle runs where blow-by is the worst and the leak should be obvious. Using this test method, you can experiment with different PCV's and vent caps.
Just as a reference, I use the Motorcraft M-6766-B302 vent cap and EV 68 OK31 PCV and it seems to work fine
