Try a written warning for using "an obscene gesture towards a peace officer," and a citation- which stuck- for "driving in a manner not reasonable and proper."
I had my right hand on the shifter, left hand in the air "waving," the vehicle was not being steered for about 3 seconds.
Busted.
BTW, I looked closely several times, I did not see a Backdraft decal on the Cobra's windscreen in the video.
Yeah, I'm a little bitter. Born that way.
