Dave, I called Sandy GaNun (Sandy is a man) from AROC and asked what the "touring" session is about. The speed is around 70mph, but he emphasized that "there won't be anyone using a radar gun". Also, passing is allowed on the track
except in the turns.
Like you said, the fee is $50.00 or FREE if you work a corner, and you DO NOT have to pay the $30. Assoc. membership fee for the touring session.
