That's what I thought too. It may have cost the guy $10K in labor, but he netted $20K in increased value. And all just to have a CSX4xxx with an aluminium body! Re-stamping the frame might have been easier, BUT highly illegal.
Plus, I wouldn't have a replica of a 'genuine' CSX at such a reduced price.
