Well kids, I moved about 100 tons of dirt, 15 tons of 21a and about 3 tons of boulders and plugs. I'm a little acheeeeeeee...but I helped out a friend.
I'm cooking chunk venison spaget. Slow cook the meat for 9 hours in a sauce. Then you remove the fat and "gunk" ( if you have children, you know what gunk is ) and cut up the meat. Put that in with minced Garlic, onions and a pinch of salt and stir for about five minutes on Medium in Olive
Oil. Add you tomatoes, mushrooms ( if you want that ) and 1.5 cups of red wine. Add a few other spices and let simer for half and hour.
