Thanks for the info but I need a little more clarification:

The shifter mech (the red part) that comes with the TKO is in the "rear position" but it can be un-bolted and flipped around (180 degrees) to what they call the 16.75" position. Will that position work for my shifter lever? Or do I have to leave it they way it came in the box (all the way back in that rear position)?

Again, I am looking to use the standard (forward binding) shift bar/lever and dont want it too far back or too far forward.
