Find a rubber supply business in your area that sells sheet rubber about 3/4" thick, make a block and have it cut like the following. Measure the dimensions of the opening where the clutch fork would normally go, add approx 1/2"-3/4" in overall width and length. The after measuring the thickness of the bellhousing have a groove cut around the outside perimeter leaving a flap on eoither side of the opening. then have the rubber shop punch a couple of holes on the block for the hoses to pass through and you are done. Not that difficult. The rubber shop will have the sharp tools to make this very easily.
