Thanks for the heads up, but lawsuits don't bother me too much. I have been sued before (property easement issue) and people sue other people over anything generally when they have no healthy basis for it. In my case, it was obvious and the judge saw it that way. I can only imagine that running a manufacturing business building custom products that there are a few who have un-realistic expectations and can never be satisfied. At this point, as a business owner, litigation is generally the best alternative to stop the bleeding. From what I am hearing, there are many satisfied customers out there who have not sued. Can't let one govern my decision. Besides, if the lawsuit is serious, I better get one while I can. If they go out of business, their cars will be worth more on the street. Still wanting a LSC Comp.
