Well, I think we figured it out....

Apparently I have an ODD combination that needs a specific TO bearing to work. There was only one way to get the clutch to release and that was to adjust the pivot ball out. But then the Pivot ball hit the back of the Borg & Beck pressure plate in 3 areas (bolts). What we had to do was get a McCleod adjustable TO bearing 1/16" that adjusted from 1.375 length to 1.750 length which would allow the correct engagement of the pressure plate. All should be well in the world by this afternoon.

Apparently the combination of the McCleod bellhousing, Borg Beck Pressure plate and the pivot ball on the passangers side requires a longer throwout bearing. Who would have known. I will say this though, an adjustable is only $3 more than a regular and WELL worth the Money up front in my opinion now.
