Like Larry Said, pull the bushing on the rear of the tranny housing.. Becarefull not to nick up that seal around it though. This is what was preventing mine from turning.

If that's not the issue you can try pulling the very front over to make sure all three of those pins are lined up properly.

If that's not it, trying what Brent said with the clutch disk.

If that's not it Call Tremec and they'll make it right.

Hopefully i's one the first 3 options above.. :-)
