Thanks for the offer Matt, but Scott is one of those guys whose mobile phone number is already etched onto my brain. I never know when I'll have to call him - whether it's for advice, a general chat, or to line up some fabrication work for him to do. Come to think of it - I'm trying to pinch an unused 1920s safe from the bank that I work for, and turn it into the coolest bar fridge you've ever seen. If so, I reckon that barrel chested bugger will probably be able to lift it all himself.......

Scott - You're right about the mate of mine who's moved in - she certainly fills the social calendar for me. HEAPS of fun to be around. She even has us both exercising almost every night and eating healthy stuff. Who'd have thought it?!?

Valve springs have been backed off for a while. In fact, the motor is stripped of it's accessories - ready to come out. All I need to do is get an engine hoist, then the removal is complete. Umming and ahhing about putting it in the XY for a laugh.

Dad and I keep saying that we'll have to drop in and see how everything's going. One day soon !
