Good luck on this project, they will look great on a 289/351/stroker.
Recall that in the day, some of these were tried at Moon's shop and they were rejected in favor of the straight shot 48IDA's. Normally, a nice set of Webers were a bolt-on 40hp upgrade over the 715 on a hot 289. But, the cross-rams were only good for perhaps 20+ and the transition issues were real. Clearance for the hood, warm air entrapment, intake bell clearance and valve cover clearance problems were considered a PIA and killed the desire to make them work well.
The DCOE's are easier to get used, as they were all over many different Jags etc. But, just don't expect them to be high HP unless magic is found by this particular vendor.
For which i hope he is successful and they work well, because they look great.
Can't you just see the turkey pan for this bird?
