Unhappy Bad news.....

Got it all back together, filled with oil, and started adding coolant via the water temp outlet on the intake. Once full, I turned the crank by hand with a breaker bar and suddenly water spurts out of somewhere near the right side exhaust gasket. I look closer and turn the breaker bar again and it's an old faithful gyser shooting out of number 2 spark plug hole (hadn't installed plugs yet). Looks like coolant flowed straight into that cylinder from somewhere, and pretty freely as there's a fair amount being forced out by the piston coming up.

Any ideas? I assume it's back to the drawing board and tear everything down again?
