Are you sure L bot Autokraft's assets and logo? i would have guessed that it was simply wound up and let to die quietly by L and mostly ignored. The marque AC was the obvious value and Autokraft was perhaps too closely related to Brian's personality.
But, admittedly, i don't really remember the details.
