Luby told me that he got the AuoKraft trade name, etc. in the deal but was not using it. One of the shareholders in his house of cards is "AutoKraft Ltd" which is a holding company that the former bank (Abruthnot sp?) has title to. This issue came up in 1999 when Ford saw "AutoKraft" as a shareholder and thought Brain had snuck back in! Nothing got doors slammed in your face at Ford as fast as saying "Brian Angliss!!!"
Seems they don't like losing in court at the Blue Oval!
