I spoke with Doug briefly. Nice guy. His was the lone Cobra standing at the show. Nice looking FFR with a color combo I had never seen before. He was on the verge of putting it back into the trailer if another drop of rain hit it.

I would have not had such a trailer. My intention was to drive my car up, park it, and go look at all the other cars.

His was the only car in that class actually at the show. If a real big block 427 showed up (mine) it would have won easily as it isn't green Chaplins would have come in second because it is green with a BB (he chickened out of the rain also )

Amazingly enough a number of very nice antique and vintage cars showed up for the event, driven onto the field, even though rain was at times beating down on the cars.
