How are your plans coming to get something?

I have seen your car, and it's a beauty.

I suppose that is one thing my old car(s) did not have: an electric fan. Good to keep in mind.

As for my plans, I have a property that I just put on the market yesterday. If all goes well, perhaps I will scrape together enough to buy the kit and get started. Ideally, I'd buy the kit in the fall and have the car ready to go in spring.

What I'd *really* like to find is someone in this area (daily driving distance to Alpharetta) who would be willing to come to my house and help me with the build each day (for pay, of course). On days when I couldn't do anything, that person would just continue to press on. I would try to be involved each day to some extent, but the reality is that this may not be possible, at least not *every* day.

I have one great lead in this regard, but he lives in Newnan, and I don't think it's realistic to think he's going to make that commute every day. It's a shame, too, because he has great experience and works rather inexpensively. It would almost be worth putting him up here in Alpharetta, but he's married and I suspect he'd like to stay that way.

I thought about reaching out to instructors at local vocational/tech schools to find a "student" who might want to make a few bucks and get some great experience, but that has not been very successful so far.

If anyone has an idea as to how I can find someone who might enjoy that kind of project, I'm all ears.

Thanks,

Paul
