Warren: This is my backup, in case my dim or flicker functions burn out. Actually, I haven't had any problems with my genuine Lucas switches. My lights have gone out twice in the past though, once with a failed fusable link and once with an inline circuit breaker, both made in the US of A. I do have a rather unique setup, though. When I turn on the headlights I need to flash the high beams to make them work, But they work just fine then. I probably need to bring a six pack over to my electronics buddy and have him figure out just what the hell is going on. Next time I'll build it myself. Rich
