Hello Clois,These are the wheels that are bolt on but, they have a cast aluminum cover that covers the nuts and looks like the wheel casting and it is held on by the threaded spinner.Look in my pics and you can see the type.I spoke to Bryan Anderson at Carlisle last year and he said the spinners were made by Mr.Gasket but they are out of production.I saw a hot rod at a local car show that had spinners and the center caps looked like the size of mine.I don`t think they are that hard to match up if I was steered in the right direction.
