Not Ranked
SOHC, TP, HR, MR, and LR in that order.
SOHC makes the most power. I understand that a 1x4 is the most drivable
TP 2x4 dual plane (very rare, ran on GT40 at LeMans)
TP 2x4 single plane more power less drivable (although on CSX3104 ran great.)
TP 1x4 single plane (runs good, but does not make power like it should)
HR no factory single plane made (Dove has made some)
HR 4x2 IR 58mm extremely rare most power
HR 2x4 intake used on Thunderbolts very tall, good power
HR 2x4 intake less power than above but fits under most hoods
HR 1x4 intake more drivable than above
MR 4x2 48 IDA great power once carbs are right
MR 2x4 single plane (great intake, rare, $$$)
MR 2x4 dual plane good intake used on 428 PI GT500
MR 1x4 dual plane "side winder" runs great
LR intakes are all dual plane and not as good as MR versions. Although the 428 PI, and CJ (iron) manifolds are very good.
