It's a very common problem to have loose bulbs on the BDR due to the very cheap sockets they use.
For me the fix was to re-inforce the bulb housing with a bondo style product made for plastic
Left is with the filler right is stock.
But in the end, I changed the bulbs for LED's since they are far brighter and don't get hot and melt the plastic like hi-wattage bulbs would.
