I'm thinking all these boys that spent the night last night, should get out there and pick it up. Then, take it upstairs to the boys' bathroom, where THEY can use it as needed!
glad you made it back, Fred. (although you really weren't gone from US)
You missed the Dallas meet yesterday. Bigger turnout than lately. I was back home at 9 a.m., and it was already too hot.
This is definitely not 60's convertible driving weather!
We took the girls (and a young friend) to Campisi's for pizza last night. double anchovy, for me....
#2 and a couple of friends were at a female friends' birthday party. Picked them up at 10, and brought them home. Suspecting either next door neighbors (who have a cutie-girl cousin visiting from Louisiana) did the paper wrapping, or the 14 yo's from the birthday party. Not the worst job we've ever had.
Peter called from philmont yesterday. Left the message on the machine. (We had a funeral in Terrell yesterday)
He said "mom, it's Peter. We just trekked up a 12,500 foot mountain. It was really cool. Seeya."
click.
So. He's still alive. Hasn't been mauled by a bear, or struck by lightning. We figure no news is good news. He should be back in basecamp on Monday evening. Back to Dallas on Tuesday night. Wow! I hope he took a few pictures.
Football camp (school football) is starting today. That was the only negative from the Philmont trek. Missing camp.
seeya. gonna go take a look at the front yard.
