Welcome to NSW, I don't think you will win against the RTA on this issiue. You will need to blank them off and run them out the rear, you may be able to borrow a sytem and replace it afterwoods. The RTA in NSW got caught out before by accepting cars from other states under the other states rules and regulations, as they all differ you know have to meet all the current NSW regs.
