I recently saw an older brushed (not polished) Kirkham here in the Islands, with polished stripes. It was 'showing it's age', even the brushed finish could have used some clean up, not to mention the polished stripe. Either way I guess it's not that easy maintaining a bare finish car.

Then again, some people feel the same way about a high quality 'show finish paint job'. Takes a lot of work and worry to keep it really nice. There is something to be said for an average finish...
