It's a legit operation. They are selling them as "used" cars. In state sales do not require the reinspection, it is only on cars brought in from other states during the VIN verification process.

All their cobras have gone through the full state inspections in Wethersfield (I was there for 2 of them) and properly comply.

They can offer things I cannot, including a car you can literally drive off in. Also can do financing and trade-ins. There is a premium on that service and some people would rather pay it and be on their way. And for out of state buyers they can avoid their state inspections all-together.

Should be 2 Roush cars (blue) and maybe a Red one left? Have not had the chance to check in lately.
