May I suggest you email Jimi Guthrie. He has a runningthread somewhere, if not, Search for my "600 on it's way" thread.

He had a short shaft put in my TKO600 ( much like your T5 ) and supplied the TO, Pilot and clutch. It is supposed to arrive today or Monday, but He seems to know a lot about these transmissions.

Additionally, he used to work for LoneStar and seems to know the car pretty well.
