Just a final thought. Richard found a 1989 5.0 convertible for me and I tore it down in a couple of months. My engine and transmission are being worked on now and my kit from FFR should arrrive the first or second week of October.

For me the experience of tearing down the donor was great. I've had a chance to talk to some great people and learned a ton. For a car neophyte I would recommend it.
