If the '63 is a 390 as well, I've heard that the passenger 390's from the '60's generally have the thickest walls, and have a better chance to being bored out to 4.13", same as 428, so the '63 block may be a good one. You won't know until you measure the bores of the block, and have the walls sonic tested.
