Hi there Ian, I too am glad to see you are online now.

I could be one of the people you are refering to saying that the follow up isnt that great, mainly due to some un returned phone calls early in my build put me off trying to contact you, also with the great help of the guys in this forum if I have a problem Friday night I generally have an answer by Saturday on the best way to get around my problem.

I didnt want to call you on the mobile as I know I personally hate work related calls on the weekend.

I will put my hand up for an updated manual if they are available.

By the way I am David Rawnsley if you didnt realise (probably not many customers out in Alice Springs)
