Mobilenuke is right; by spinning the oil pump clockwise, you had no oil in the engine galleries, bearings, oil filter, etc. and still may not. Pull the distributor and spin the oil pump counterclockwise. You should feel substantial pressure using a 1/2" drill. Can't say how your bearings are...
