Being three phase you will have starter that actually applies power to the motor. The starter will have a coil on it that is powered to make it close power. If yours is two stage I assume you mean you have two motors/compressors? You may have two starters. Depending on whether your compressor system was designed run the compressors simultaneously, staged or alternating will make a difference how they are wired. Tell me what components you have on th system.
