Sorry that the package got lost in the terminal. Next time I'll put it the emergency shipments in a
LARGE box that can't be misplaced.
UPS has given us pretty good service over the years. You are the first that I can remember that had an Overnight package that didn''t make it.
I see over on Brand X forum that someone just went on a rant about Fedex too. I guess we're back to strapping the stuff to pigeons...
