Chip,

Phoenix is only at 1200 feet of elevation so the tuning difference is minor. It should run fine hear versus the beach. If the car has sat for any length of time, the gaskets could have dried up in the carb's. They might need to be rebuilt. Also, change the plugs and check the timing, see if that helps. Once you cover the basics, jetting is the last step in the process.

A good dyno operator with an O2 sensor can give you direction as far as jetting goes. Tuning a muti carb set up is easy as long as they are in sync and everything else is correct.
