The need to get under is just another reason to have access to a good rack; but I digress.
From what I have seen I think Lowell is 100% correct. The issue may well be the need to adjust the throw by some type of a threaded rod as opposed to bleeding the hydraulics.
That said, I do have access to a good rack and I also have a lift in my garage. You are welcome to come by and use the lift. It does require you driving into the city – my schedule is not great but not bad either. Drop me a line if you are interested.
