Jay, bear with me, this is a rehash of what I posted over 2 years ago...

I was 18 years old, running the California highways in my Oldsmobile south towards LA at 80+ looking for CHP in my rear-view, when something flew by me.

Doing ... well over the speed limit. A little bitty blue car, looked kinda Brit or Euro. The driver was actually wearing a white scarf! I was 18, I knew the sound of a V8, that dinky little blue car had a V8!

I did the research, and looking back, it HAD to have been one of Carroll Shelby's Cobras.

That was 1969.

This sounds stupid, but it's true- I knew, then, that someday I would have one.

Gunrack, BDR #139, is Indigo blue with white stripes, the way God intended.

I waited 35 years, then ordered my obsession from BackDraft with dual rollbars so she would be easy to find in a parking lot full of blue/white Cobras.

Roll with the flow, Jay.

You want I should take over your marketing?

Look what happened when Coca-Cola tried the "New" Coke.

It seems that American Cobra enthusiasts want deep, metallic blue cars with white stripes.

My hand goes up first, now you at least know why.

Half in jest, but true, my friend.
