Yes, my window unzips, although I've never bothered to take it out.

When I looked at cars at Dynamic in July of 2002, I asked Dean to put a top on a car so I could see whether I could get in and out and check the head room. Someone brought out a top and, as I recall, the story was that nobody had ever put one of these "new" tops on a car before, so they weren't quite sure how it went. Just a guess, but it may be that they still had a supply of the older tops and had to exhaust that inventory before they started shipping the newer tops.

The old E-brake was worthless. The new one will actually hold the car on a hill. I paid about $325 or maybe $350 for mine in 2003. Installation was not too bad but the better way to have done it would have been to take out the tunnel first. Taking out the tunnel the first time is a major PIA (there's a thread somewhere in which the proceedure is explained in detail) but once you've had it out, you can do a lot of other stuff much easier.
