1. You should take your business to business problems elsewhere.
2. Don violated forum rules and was treated as he should have been.
3. Since you are the only vendor I have seen slamming another, how can you claim bias.
4. You claim to want respect. The behavior of you and your rep has ensured that you will never have mine.
You and Don should step back and look at what you are doing. Then give the needed apologies.
