That's because you'd run into Virginia or Delaware in a matter of seconds.
C'mon up to PA; my 0.68 allows 80 mph+ at 2700 rpm and the cruising there is just fine.
I guess that instead of picking a 5th. gear on final drive or size of motor we should pick it depending on the state.
