For you guys that registered your car in PA as a Specially Constructed Vehicle, for the 4 pictures needed to be submitted, did you have a top on it with the side curtains on and metal heat shields on the side pipes? Or did they register it without those details? Ps. Ceramic coating classifies as a form of a heat shield
