I submitted 1 set of photos without the top on and another set of 4 with the side cutains and top on. I was told that it was very important that there was no glare, reflections, on the windows. I think it is a tint issue. I did not have heat shields on in either sets of the photos. I had both sets initials and dated by an inspection mechanic.
