my parking brake works well, odd for it to do so since that is uncommon on these . however, for safety sake and concerns that sometime it might just let go, and so as to not have a car rolling down the street somewhere : go to a rec trailer/rv or auto supply store and buy some TIRE/WHEEL CHOCKS. about $5 each. I carry two in the car and put it em behind/in front of the tires for those concerned times. some folks have ropes attached to them so they can yank em free from inside their car and toss em on the footwell when departing . tacky ? yeah, so what. safety first . LOL. Bill
