I have considered and aluminum skin for may car but without the underpinnings it would be a problem. If there was a way to attach the body to the tub or an aluminum tub within the body to bolt to frame you would have another solid marketplace to share your creations.
Imagine a KMS bodied Contemporary or SPF. Thousands of frames in existance already. I am sure their would not be a shortage of customers.
I would offer my car for a prototype! Thoughts.......An aluminum Contemporary would spice up the mix a bit. Although at that point it would be a KMS-Contemporary.
