I almost had to sue my dentist a few years ago to get him to pull a really bad tooth. He just doesn't believe in pulling them at all. I finally told him that if he didn't pull it I would go to someone who would as it was just a mess. Then after agreeing that it probably couldn't be saved, it took him nearly 45 minutes to get it out. He was sweating and doing everything but standing on my chest trying to pull that thing out. After it was finally out, in two pieces, he said that was the hardest tooth he had ever pulled. I swear it felt as if the roots of that tooth went clear to my toes as I could feel the pulling all the way down there.
