Hey Vince, FYI -
The main contact at Folsom is not there any more, so I would not talk up on Folsom - just so you are aware; different staff there now; we'll see. Those people are gone to other sites now. Note: I started familiarizing myself with the folks there in Folsom 6 months in advance and none of them knew anyting about it or what to do the first 1-4 times I went in there. I went in every month, once a month just to let them know, and to check on what the lay of the land was going to be. Essentially, I went in with a binder with all the downloaded documented procedure notes from everythign I could find on the web (hilighted) with details and showed them; what they showed me was an old SPCNS procedure from 2001 with reference to SB100. That is all they had. The final notice they received went to them after Christmas and DMV was holding the actual/final approved procedure till a few days before New Years. CRAZY! Actually, we got pretty lucky getting our numbers as well as we did.

Just want to make sure everyone knows, the whole SB100 thing is a bit of a crapshoot, no guarantee, and its worth working with someone at the DMV office who truly knows the what the process is and what it's not when the doors open. It would not suprise me if they come up with yet another revised procedure this year. We'll see. Good Luck to all.
