It didn't say if that is bare heads or with valves and springs. Wish they would have posted some flow numbers. Must be pretty good for a mild street engine to put out 600 hp on pump gas.
At 2.5 times the cost of a set of good wedge heads, it is still going to get costly, by the time you get all the rest of the parts.
They have to pay for the investment of the molds and developement, before they make any money. Can they sell more at a lower price and make it up on volume? On an engine that was discontinued nearly 40 years ago, I don't know. I just know at $3000 complete it would be a no brainer yes for me over a wedge, as long as they didn't kill me on the other parts. At that price who wouldn't go hemi? They would have 95% of the FE head market, but how big is it?
