Dave, just a thought about insurance. If you waited 30 years, I'm guessing you are close to 50 years old and if you are you should check with the AARP Insurance plan, they use The Hartford. I have all my vehicles insured with them and my Cobra costs me $300.00 per year. I'm in Illinois so they know we can only use our cars about 6 months per year and my coverage is for only $35,000.00. with a $1000.00 deductible. I think that's very reasonable.
