By the way that is a pretty good fix for that leaking front retainer, just keep in mind that will not work for about 99.7 percent of the cobra's out there. Cobras are very simple cars to work on you either have to pull the motor or dissasemble 50 percent of the car to get the tranny to just move.

Didn't realize it was that tough to work on those
. Either way, the tranny has to come out if it's leaking. Try my suggestion when you get it out, should be fine after that.
