MAGS427 I'm very much concerned about engine choice or if I should cancel my order. Talked to Pete at ERA and he says "not to worry" but I do. The other part of the change in 2007 is you need to get emissions checked as part of the registration process . That means, the way I read it, is you will trailer to Weathersfield and then trailer again to emissions station until you pass or get a waiver. Talk about possible frustration!!! My build won't start until around March next year. Up to that time I believe I can cancel.I really don't want to, but at 66 years old I've had it with the state fiddiling with composite vehicle requirements. My first Cobra was a breeze compared with what I think I will face to register the new one. I'm not going to spend any money on engine build until I find out what happens in the legislature.
