Yes, that picture is real and untouched ( the one we sent you not your touchup job). Patty had taken the Cobra back home from Jewel the morning of our outing to Gurnee, she had taken my place, ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, so that I could go out and have breakfast with yous guys. She took the Cobra home and I kept the van while I continued to ring the bell at Jewel. She thought that she would put the car in the garage for safety (weather concerns). I believe that she twisted to look out the back of the car and her foot slipped across both pedals and as she pressed harder on the "brake" she was also pressing harder on the gas. She took out the front corner of the garage with the garage door supports first, than proceeded into the back of the garage taking items, storage racks, my work bench, the furnace, the whole back wall of the garage, the fire wood rack outside the back of the garage and INTO the wooden permanently mounted shed. She's OK but was REALLY upset. The car did not disintegrate but did sustain a lot of superficial damage. Classic Roadsters are BUILT WELL!! More pictures to come and way more story at our next get together, maybe the Christmas party, maybe a snake and eggs. I'm just way glad that Patty was not hurt. The garage is in the process of being repaired, the Cobra is in the repair shop, these are things that can be made like new again, but you can never replace a loved one and for this I'm very gratefull that there are no injuries to her, and we are laughing about the whole thing now,and NO it will NOT be painted blue,NEVER!!!!!
In this season of Forgiveness, Patty and I want to wish everyone a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and please be gratefull for the things that you have.
