Brian Angliss never used a jig. If you are smart with your welding the ladder frame is the jig and all your measurements come off there. You can cause more problems with weld distortion than a jig can hold anyway. I'll be interested to see what you think of the CR prints. I have a pretty long list of "adjusted" numbers on those drawings. Welcome to the madness of scratch building let the sparks fly!
